Workshop and Course Booking Terms & Conditions

Please read the following information carefully before making any Workshop bookings. These terms and conditions are subject to change only with prior written consent from Beatrice Mayfield. If you have any questions, please contact Beatrice at beatrice@beatricemayfield.co.uk.

Payment Booking Terms

By booking a workshop through www.beatricemayfield.co.uk or by written confirmation, or electronic means (including BACS transfer or Paypal), you are entering into a binding contract based on the following Terms and Conditions.

  • Within 14 days of booking, you are entitled to a full refund in accordance with the Consumer Credit Act, except for late bookings made within 2 weeks of the workshop date.


Cancellation/Refund Policy

  • Payments are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. However, if the vacant place can be filled, a credit may be issued for use in future workshops.
    The canceled booking will be placed back on our website whenever possible.

  • Alternatively, if you cannot attend, you can send a friend in your place. Please provide their name, phone number, and email address in advance of the workshop.

  • In the unlikely event that we have to cancel or postpone a workshop due to unavoidable circumstances or if we are unable to meet the minimum number of participants needed, we will provide as much notice as possible. We will offer a full refund or transfer your booking to another workshop of the same price (space permitting). However, we cannot be held responsible for any other costs, expenses, or disappointment.



Insurance / Health and Safety

  • Beatrice Mayfield takes reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of workshop attendees. It is important that students and visitors are aware of others and their safety.

  • Under 16’s must be accompanied by a paying adult

  • Beatrice Mayfield is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to you or your personal possessions. Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. Beatrice Mayfield is not liable for any accidents or injuries incurred while visiting the studio premises.

  • Beatrice Mayfield is insured with Hencilla Canworth with public and product liability coverage up to GBP 10 million.
